When is the retreat?

How much does it cost?

Admission is $750 per person. Early bird is $500 through September 1, 2026 (save $250) — then $750.

Do I need AI experience?

No. You need a real business problem and willingness to implement. We translate AI into practical steps for business owners, not engineers.

What kind of business is this for?

Any owner, founder, or operator with a bottleneck costing time, money, energy, or growth—marketing, ops, sales, admin, fulfillment, and more.

Will I really leave with something practical?

Yes. The goal is clarity, direction, and likely a prototype, system concept, workflow, or implementation plan—not inspiration alone.

Your hotel and travel. We suggest nearby Meridian hotels on the details section — October fills up, so book early. Parking at the venue is free.

What are the hours?

Both days: breakfast at 8:00 AM, sessions start at 9:00 AM. Friday the workshop wraps around 5:00 PM, then a hosted activity and dinner at 6:30 PM (included). Saturday we wrap around 4:00 PM so you have the evening free.

Why only 40 seats?

Intimacy and quality. We cap attendance so you get real support, not a conference hall experience.

How do I get a seat?

Register and pay to reserve your seat. After payment you’ll be added to the roster. Closer to the event we’ll send check-in details.

What’s the refund / transfer policy?

Full refund if you cancel by September 15, 2026. After that, seats are transferable to another person (email us) but not refundable. Within 7 days of the event (after September 25), transfers only — no refunds.
